Xigox has run an independent Custom bench since 2011, and our technicians work on Custom boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. Every Custom component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Computer — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a clean installation or setup, our technicians check whether the fault is isolated to one port or affects all ports of that type (which usually points to a controller-chip issue on the motherboard rather than the connector itself) before deciding between a port-level repair and a board-level one.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. Custom Computer External DVD Writer Setup for desktops differs significantly from laptop repair: larger PSUs with more failure-prone capacitors, discrete GPU mounting, and tower cooling. Our engineers apply proper desktop diagnostic protocols to identify the exact component at fault — not a full board swap.
Your private information is fully protected during your repair. Residents across Colaba rely on Xigox because we follow strict data privacy protocols. During the repair, your photos, emails, and passwords are completely secure. In cases where OS reinstallation is required, we will always inform you first.
