10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Walkeshwar repair shops handle Epson the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Epson technicians are trained specifically on Epson M2140 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Epson work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Epson component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Epson M2140 — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400006 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Walkeshwar Road, our service coverage extends across Walkeshwar and all surrounding localities. In addition to Walkeshwar, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Malabar Hill, Nepean Sea Road, Kemps Corner and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Walkeshwar. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
We back Epson work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Epson M2140 does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a clean installation or setup, for an installation or reinstall, we back up your existing files first, install a genuine, correctly licensed copy of the operating system, and install the specific driver set your exact hardware model needs — not a generic driver pack that happens to install without errors.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes
The model
The Epson M2140 is part of Epson's M-series — Epson's monochrome ink-tank printer line, built specifically for high-volume black-and-white document printing.
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. Preventive servicing in Walkeshwar dramatically extends print head life: periodic nozzle clearing, roller replacement before jamming begins, genuine toner/ink installation. Xigox offers Walkeshwar businesses service agreements for any fleet size — including routine and emergency calls.
Traveling across town in Walkeshwar takes hours. That's why Xigox has built a straightforward pickup and delivery network for this issue. Simply share your Walkeshwar address, and our technician will pick up the Epson from your home or office. After the issue is completed, it is delivered back fully tested and sealed. A common question is whether their laptop insurance covers the repair. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. For out-of-warranty Epson units, our repair is almost always often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
We repair devices for homes, offices and colleges across Walkeshwar book us with free pickup and drop. You get a written quote before any work, OEM-grade parts and a 90-day warranty, for a single Epson or a whole office. When you choose Xigox for this issue in Walkeshwar, you get the same service and warranty as every other customer.

Longevity matters for this issue. Because of this, our team strictly use OEM-grade parts for your Epson. Instead of grey-market components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your issue will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Your repair doesn't end when the Epson is returned. Our support line is available daily via call or message. If you notice anything unusual in the post-repair period, just reach out and we dispatch a technician immediately. This promise is why Walkeshwar customers choose Xigox again and again.
