Xigox keeps HP parts and service documentation for 17 HP series, so Ink Smudging repair on a Compaq, DeskJet, EliteBook and EliteDesk machine is handled by someone who has seen that chassis before. We regularly take in Compaq, DeskJet, EliteBook and EliteDesk, along with EliteOne, Envy, LaserJet and Neverstop units for Ink Smudging repair in Papdy. Specific HP models on our current service list include HP DeskJet 2723, HP ENVY 6055, HP LaserJet 1020 and HP LaserJet Pro M1136. If your HP model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The HP DeskJet 2723 is part of HP's DeskJet line — HP's entry-level home inkjet printers, built for low-volume, occasional home printing rather than heavy daily use.
Worth knowing for this repair: Cartridge-based ink system (not a refillable tank) — ongoing cost-per-page is higher than EcoTank/Smart Tank competitors.
The HP ENVY 6055 is HP's upper-mid-tier consumer laptop line — positioned above Pavilion with better build materials and display quality, below the flagship Spectre.
The HP LaserJet is part of HP's LaserJet Pro line — small-business-oriented laser printers, often with networking and higher-volume paper handling than entry LaserJet models.
Worth knowing for this repair: Toner-based printing — the same low-per-page-cost advantage as the base LaserJet line.
