How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this exact symptom shows up, our technicians clear any stuck print jobs from the queue, reinstall the correct driver for your exact model, and reconfirm the printer's network/USB connection from scratch rather than just restarting it and hoping the issue clears itself.
