10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Grant Road repair shops handle Canon the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Canon technicians are trained specifically on Canon Printer architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Canon work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Canon Printer models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400007 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Mani Bhavan (Gandhi Museum), our service coverage extends across Grant Road and all surrounding localities. In addition to Grant Road, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Opera House, Nana Chowk, Cumballa Hill and other nearby areas.
Straightforward Canon jobs — battery, keyboard, screen, SSD or RAM — are done at your address in Grant Road. Anything needing the microscope and hot-air station comes back to the lab, with free pickup and drop either way. We confirm within 15 minutes of booking and tell you honestly whether it is a same-day fix.
We back Canon work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Printer does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a clean installation or setup, our technicians configure the printer or device's wireless settings from scratch (rather than just retrying a half-working existing setup), install the matching driver on each device that needs it, and confirm the connection survives a router restart.
